How to create ...

Start filling the mixing glass with the Bitters and Simple Syrup.

Now add 25ml Rye whisky and stir gently.

Add 1/4 ice in the mixing glass and stir again gently for a short time .

Add another 25ml of Rye Whisky & 2/4 of ice, and stir 1 more time.

Use the strainer on the mixing glass, and strain it into the Whisky glass.

Optional is adding a big cube of ice (See picture) into the Whisky glass.

Peel a nice zest of Orange, and squeeze the oils on to the rim of the glass.

Add the orange zest into the glass, and You'e Ready to Drink...

Champagne Coupe

Boston shaker
-
Strainer
Garnish

Lemon Zest
How to create ...
-
Fill all products, besides the Champagne brut into the Boston shaker.
-
Fill the boston shaker with 3/4 of cubed ice.
-
Shake for 10/15 seconds.
-
Strain the liquid into the Champagne Coupe.
-
Now pour in the champagne, and finish it off with the Lemon Zest.
-
Ready to Serve.
